Responsibilities

• Build solutions that solve real problems using the best technology available.
• Collaborate directly with customers to develop solutions tailored to their business needs.
• Engage in hands-on work across front-end, back-end, data pipelines, and AI models.
• Make smart trade-offs between code quality and speed of delivery, with a bias toward shipping.
• Explore innovative ideas that could lead to significant breakthroughs.
• Contribute to team growth by identifying and recruiting other talented individuals.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong coding skills with proficiency in multiple programming languages.
• Understanding of how businesses leverage technology for profitability.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
